This summer, we had a special Library Live with Dr. Jerome G. Rozen, Jr., a curator at The Museum of Natural History. Dr. Rozen brought in live insects – including a scorpion and a tarantula! He even showed us the shed skin of a scorpion (cool!!). We were all fascinated by his huge collection of creepy, crawly insects. There were walking sticks, butterflies, bees, beetles – and more! We learned so much from Dr. Rozen – and boy, did we have fun!
