Heart to heart

A heartfelt thank you to guest artist Yunmee Kyong for her fabulous workshop on embossing! We discussed the heart symbol in art – and then created tactile hearts using lines, shapes and embossing! It took a lot of work to create these designs on foil, but everyone enjoyed exploring this new art technique! Thank you to Yunmee for sharing her considerable talents with us at Mad Art!

What a wonderful afternoon we had listening to stories from the Peekskill Spellbinders! We were all captivated by the African tales they shared. After, we enjoyed refreshments and a FREE book.
